Shipping policy
All products purchased from the Website shall be delivered to the user via standard courier services by Ambrosial Nutrifood, or on behalf of the respective sellers through a logistics partner.
All deliveries, where applicable, shall be made on a best-efforts basis. While the Website will endeavor to deliver the products on the dates communicated, it disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delivery delays.
On behalf of the seller, a nominal fee may be charged for all Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders. The COD charge will be displayed at the time of placing the order and in all order-related emails. Please note that this charge will not be refunded in case of a return or cancellation request raised after the order has been shipped.
Ambrosial Nutrifood shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of products, nor shall it be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.
The logistics partner, supported by Ambrosial Nutrifood, will make a maximum of three delivery attempts. If the user is not reachable or does not accept delivery in these attempts, the respective seller reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its sole discretion.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within five (5) working days upon confirmation of payment. This timeline may vary depending on factors such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packaging, and dispatch processes. A confirmation email will be sent for all orders once received.
For international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is on its way. For all international orders, the customer shall be responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, or tariffs, as required by the laws of the destination country.
An estimated delivery time will be displayed on the order summary page. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with a summary and the expected delivery timeline to your location.
The customer can typically expect delivery within 5–7 business days. However, delays may occur due to:
Bad weather
Flight delays
Political disruptions
Other unforeseen circumstances
In the event of any expected delay, the Website may, at its sole discretion, notify the user of the same.
The Website shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in delivery, including any damage or loss caused to the products.
If there is a delay in delivery, the user may be notified accordingly. However, no refunds shall be claimed for such delays that are beyond the control of the Website and/or the seller.
If a product is received in a damaged condition, the seller shall replace it in accordance with their replacement policy, as listed on the Website along with the product.
No deliveries shall be made outside the serviceable area or territorial boundaries.
If a user purchases multiple products in a single transaction, Ambrosial Nutrifood may deliver them together. However, this may not always be possible and will depend on stock availability.
If a user wants delivery to different addresses, separate orders must be placed for each address.
The delivery may be made to any person available at the shipping address provided by the user.
Ambrosial Nutrifood shall not be held responsible for any mental distress or inconvenience caused due to delivery delays. Users may cancel their orders at any time, even if the delivery exceeds the estimated time. In the case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method or wallet, as chosen by the user, after successful cancellation.
